  • Kali mirch powder (ufa wa tsabola wakuda) 1 tsp
  • Himalayan pinki mchere 1 tsp kapena kulawa
  • Oregano wowuma 1 & ½ tsp
  • Lal mirch (Red chilli) wophwanyidwa tsp 1 & ½
  • Ufa wa mirch wotetezedwa (Ufa wa tsabola woyera) ¼ tsp
  • Sirka (Viniga) 1 & ½ tsp

Konzani Zamasamba Zokoma:

  • Shimla mirch (Capsicum) wodulidwa 2 sing'anga
  • Pyaz (anyezi oyera) odulidwa 2 sing'anga
  • Ufa wa anyezi ½ tsp
  • Ufa wa Lehsan (ufa wa Garlic) ½ tsp
  • Kali mirch powder (ufa wa tsabola wakuda) ¼ tsp
  • Mchere wa pinki wa Himalayan ¼ tsp kapena kulawa
  • Oregano wouma ½ tsp
  • Olper's Cream 1 Cup
  • Mandimu 3 tbsp
  • Mayonesi 4 tbsp
  • Hara dhania (korianda watsopano) wadula ma tbs 2

Kusonkhanitsa:

  • Dinner ya wholewheat/Buns 3 kapena ngati pakufunika
  • Tchizi wa Olper wa Cheddar wopukutidwa momwe amafunikira
  • Tchizi wa Olper's Mozzarella wothiridwa momwe amafunikira
  • Lal mirch (Red chilli) wophwanyidwa
  • Majalapeno okazinga odulidwa

  1. Mu poto yokazinga, onjezerani mafuta ophikira, adyo ndikuphika kwa mphindi imodzi.
  2. Onjezani nkhuku ndikusakaniza bwino mpaka isinthe mtundu.
  3. -Onjezani ufa wa tsabola wakuda, mchere wapinki, oregano wouma, chilli chofiira, ufa wa tsabola woyera, vinegar, sakanizani bwino ndi kuphika kwa 2-3 mphindi.

  1. Mu poto yokazinga yomweyi, onjezerani capsicum, anyezi ndikusakaniza bwino.
  2. Onjezani ufa wa anyezi, ufa wa adyo, tsabola wakuda, mchere wapinki, oregano wouma ndikuwotcha pamoto wapakati kwa mphindi 1-2 ndikuyika pambali.
  3. Mu mbale, onjezerani zonona, madzi a mandimu & sakanizani bwino kwa masekondi 30. Kirimu wowawasa wakonzeka.
  4. Onjezani mayonesi, coriander watsopano, masamba ophika, sakanizani bwino ndikuyika pambali.
