Zosakaniza
- 1 chikho cha semolina (suji)
- 2 mbatata yapakati (yowiritsa ndi yosenda)
- 1/2 chikho madzi (sinthani momwe mukufunikira)
- 1 tsp nthangala za chitowe
- 1/2 tsp red chili powder
- 1/2 tsp ufa wa turmeric
- Mchere kuti ulawe
- Mafuta okazinga
- Masamba odulidwa a coriander (kuti azikongoletsa)
Malangizo
- Mu mbale yosakaniza, phatikiza semolina, mbatata yosenda, nthanga za chitowe, ufa wofiira wa chilili, turmeric ufa, ndi mchere. Sakanizani bwino.
- Onjezani madzi pang'onopang'ono kusakaniza mpaka mutapeza kusasinthasintha kwa batter.
- Kutenthetsa chiwaya chopanda ndodo pa kutentha pang'ono ndikuwonjezera madontho ochepa amafuta.
- Mafuta akatenthedwa, tsanulirani poto yodzaza ndi batter, ndikuyiyika mozungulira.
- Ikani mpaka pansi pakhale bulauni wagolide, kenaka tembenuzani ndikuphika mbali inayo.
- Bwerezani ndondomeko ya batter yotsalayo, ndikuwonjezera mafuta ngati mukufunikira.
- Kupereka kutentha, okongoletsedwa ndi masamba a coriander odulidwa, pamodzi ndi ketchup kapena chutney.
