Zosakaniza

  • 1 chikho cha semolina (suji)
  • 2 mbatata yapakati (yowiritsa ndi yosenda)
  • 1/2 chikho madzi (sinthani momwe mukufunikira)
  • 1 tsp nthangala za chitowe
  • 1/2 tsp red chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp ufa wa turmeric
  • Mchere kuti ulawe
  • Mafuta okazinga
  • Masamba odulidwa a coriander (kuti azikongoletsa)

Malangizo

  1. Mu mbale yosakaniza, phatikiza semolina, mbatata yosenda, nthanga za chitowe, ufa wofiira wa chilili, turmeric ufa, ndi mchere. Sakanizani bwino.
  2. Onjezani madzi pang'onopang'ono kusakaniza mpaka mutapeza kusasinthasintha kwa batter.
  3. Kutenthetsa chiwaya chopanda ndodo pa kutentha pang'ono ndikuwonjezera madontho ochepa amafuta.
  4. Mafuta akatenthedwa, tsanulirani poto yodzaza ndi batter, ndikuyiyika mozungulira.
  5. Ikani mpaka pansi pakhale bulauni wagolide, kenaka tembenuzani ndikuphika mbali inayo.
  6. Bwerezani ndondomeko ya batter yotsalayo, ndikuwonjezera mafuta ngati mukufunikira.
  7. Kupereka kutentha, okongoletsedwa ndi masamba a coriander odulidwa, pamodzi ndi ketchup kapena chutney.
