Zowonjezera:

  • Gajar (kaloti) 300 gm
  • Chawal (Mpunga) basmati ¼ Cup (yoviikidwa kwa maola awiri)
  • Doodh (Mkaka) 1 & ½ lita
  • Sugar ½ Cup kapena kulawa
  • Elaichi ke daane (Cardamom powder) wophwanyidwa ¼ tsp
  • Badam (Maamondi) adadula ma tbs 2
  • Pista (Pistachios) adadula ma tbs 2
  • Pista (Pistachios) monga momwe amafunikira kukongoletsa
  • Walnut (Akhrot) wodulidwa 2 tsp
  • Makokonati osankhidwa kuti azikongoletsa

Mayendedwe:

  • Mu mbale, kaloti kaloti mothandizidwa ndi grater ndikuyika pambali.
  • Mpunga wophwanyidwa ndi manja ndikuyika pambali.
  • Mumphika, onjezerani mkaka ndi kuwira.
  • Onjezani kaloti wothira, mpunga wothira ndikusakaniza bwino, bweretsani kuti uwiritse & kuphika pa moto wochepa kwa mphindi 5-6, phimbani pang'ono ndi kuphika pa moto wochepa kwa mphindi 40 mpaka ola limodzi ndikuyambitsanso pakati.
  • Onjezani shuga, njere za cardamom, ma almond, pistachios, sakanizani bwino ndi kuphika pa moto wapakati mpaka mkaka utachepa ndi kukhuthala (5-6 minutes).
  • Kongoletsani ndi ma pistachio ndi kokonati wokondeka & perekani kutentha kapena kuzizira!
