Zowonjezera:
- Gajar (kaloti) 300 gm
- Chawal (Mpunga) basmati ¼ Cup (yoviikidwa kwa maola awiri)
- Doodh (Mkaka) 1 & ½ lita
- Sugar ½ Cup kapena kulawa
- Elaichi ke daane (Cardamom powder) wophwanyidwa ¼ tsp
- Badam (Maamondi) adadula ma tbs 2
- Pista (Pistachios) adadula ma tbs 2
- Pista (Pistachios) monga momwe amafunikira kukongoletsa
- Walnut (Akhrot) wodulidwa 2 tsp
- Makokonati osankhidwa kuti azikongoletsa
Mayendedwe:
- Mu mbale, kaloti kaloti mothandizidwa ndi grater ndikuyika pambali.
- Mpunga wophwanyidwa ndi manja ndikuyika pambali.
- Mumphika, onjezerani mkaka ndi kuwira.
- Onjezani kaloti wothira, mpunga wothira ndikusakaniza bwino, bweretsani kuti uwiritse & kuphika pa moto wochepa kwa mphindi 5-6, phimbani pang'ono ndi kuphika pa moto wochepa kwa mphindi 40 mpaka ola limodzi ndikuyambitsanso pakati.
- Onjezani shuga, njere za cardamom, ma almond, pistachios, sakanizani bwino ndi kuphika pa moto wapakati mpaka mkaka utachepa ndi kukhuthala (5-6 minutes).
- Kongoletsani ndi ma pistachio ndi kokonati wokondeka & perekani kutentha kapena kuzizira!
