Chinsinsi cha Nkhuku Yamadzi Ndi Mazira
Zopangira Maphikidwe:
- 220g Bere la Nkhuku
- 2 Tsp Mafuta Amasamba (Ndinagwiritsa Ntchito Mafuta a Azitona)
- 2 Mazira
- 2. li>30g Kirimu Wowawasa
- 50g Mozzarella Tchizi
- Parsley
- 1 Tsp Salt ndi Black Pepper kuti kukoma
Malangizo:
1. Yambani ndi kutentha mafuta a masamba mu skillet pa sing'anga kutentha. Mafuta akatenthedwa, onjezerani chifuwa cha nkhuku ndikuchikoka ndi mchere ndi tsabola wakuda. Iphikeni nkhukuyo kwa mphindi 7-8 mbali iliyonse, kapena mpaka itapsa ndipo sikhalanso pinki pakati.
2. Pamene nkhuku ikuphika, phwanyani mazira mu mbale ndikusakaniza pamodzi. Mu mbale ina, sakanizani kirimu wowawasa ndi mozzarella tchizi mpaka zigwirizane.
3. Pamene nkhuku yophikidwa, tsitsani dzira losakaniza pa nkhuku mu skillet. Chepetsani kutentha mpaka pansi ndikuphimba skillet ndi chivindikiro. Lolani mazirawo kuti aziphika pang'onopang'ono kwa mphindi zisanu, kapena mpaka atakhazikika.
4. Chotsani chivindikiro ndi kuwaza parsley wodulidwa pamwamba kuti azikongoletsa. Perekani nyama ya nkhuku ndi mazira yotentha, ndipo sangalalani ndi chakudya chokoma, chokoma chomwe chili choyenera nthawi iliyonse ya tsiku!
