Chinsinsi cha Maggi

Zosakaniza:
- 2 mapaketi Maggi
- 1 1/2 makapu madzi
- 1 tbsp mafuta
- 1/ 4 makapu anyezi, akanadulidwa bwino
- 2 tomato waung'ono, wodulidwa bwino
- 1-2 tsabola wobiriwira, wodulidwa bwino
- 1/4 chikho chosakaniza masamba (kaloti, nyemba zobiriwira, nandolo, ndi chimanga)
- 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
- 1/4 tsp garam masala
- mchere kuti mulawe
- masamba a coriander atsopano
Malangizo:
- Kutenthetsa mafuta mu poto ndikuwonjezera anyezi. Wiritsani mpaka asanduka golide.
- Tsopano onjezerani tomato ndi kuphika mpaka atakhala ofewa.
- Onjezani ndiwo zamasamba, ufa wa turmeric, ndi mchere. Kuphika kwa mphindi 2-3.
- Onjezani mapaketi awiri a Maggi masala ndikuphika kwa masekondi angapo.
- Thirani madzi ndi kuwira.
- Kenako, Dulani Maggi m’zigawo zinayi ndikuwonjezera mu poto.
- Ikani kwa mphindi ziwiri pa moto wochepa. Kenaka yikani garam masala ndikuphika kwa masekondi 30. Maggi ali okonzeka. Kongoletsani ndi masamba a coriander odulidwa kumene ndikutumikira otentha!
