Zopangira 12 patties:
- 240 gr (8 & 3/4 oz) nandolo zophika
- 240 gr (8 & 3/4 oz) mbatata yophika
- anyezi
- adyo
- chidutswa chaching'ono cha ginger
- 3 tbsp mafuta a azitona
- tsabola wakuda
- 1/2 tsp mchere
- 1/3 tsp chitowe
- gulu la parsley
Za msuzi wa yogurt :
- 1 chikho cha yogati ya vegan
- 1 tbsp mafuta a azitona
- 1 tsp madzi a mandimu
- tsabola wakuda
- 1/2 tsp mchere
- 1 adyo wodulidwa pang'ono
Malangizo:
- Sungani nandolo zophikidwa ndi mbatata mu mbale yaikulu.
- Onjezani anyezi wodulidwa bwino, adyo, ginger, mafuta a azitona, tsabola wakuda, mchere, chitowe ndi parsley wodulidwa bwino. Sakanizani zosakaniza zonse mpaka mutapeza chisakanizo chofanana.
- Pangani mapepala ang'onoang'ono ndi osakaniza ndi kuphika pa poto yoyaka moto ndi mafuta a azitona. Kuphika kwa mphindi zingapo mpaka golidi kumbali zonse ziwiri.
- Pa msuzi wa yogati, mu mbale sakanizani yogati ya vegan, mafuta a azitona, mandimu, tsabola wakuda, mchere, ndi adyo wonyezimira.
