3-4 green chilies, odulidwa

br>• Mu mbale yosanganikirana, onjezerani nkhuku ndi marinate ndi zosakaniza zonse.
• Lolani nkhuku marinade makamaka usiku wonse kapena kwa maola atatu. kwa mphindi 20.
• Thirani madzi mumphika, onjezerani ghee ndi mchere.
• Onjezani cloves, sinamoni ndi green cardamom. Onjezani mpunga ndipo mulole kuti ufike kwa chithupsa. Nthawi yomweyo tsitsani lawi ndikuphika pamoto wochepa mpaka 80%.

Za Biryani
• Mu poto yolemera kwambiri, onjezerani mafuta ndi nkhuku yokazinga. Kuphika kwa mphindi 7-8.
• Mu poto ina, yikani biriyani. Onjezani mpunga, nkhuku ndikuwonjezera ndi mpunga. Onjezani nkhuku pamwamba.
• Mu chiwaya cha nkhuku, onjezerani madzi, mkaka, safironi madzi, ghee, masamba a mint, barista, mchere ndi masamba a coriander. Onjezani jhol iyi mu biryani.
• Onjezani madzi ena a safironi, madzi a rose ndi madontho ochepa amadzi a kewra. Tsopano isungeni pa dum kwa mphindi 15-20 pa moto wochepa.
