- 2 anyezi apakati, odulidwa
- 3 cloves wa adyo, minced

Malangizo
- Zilowetseni nandolo kwa usiku wonse ndikuphika mpaka zitaphika.
- Sungani mafuta mumphika umodzi. poto ndikuphika anyezi, adyo, mbewu za chitowe, BeyLeaf.
- Onjezani tomato, ufa wa coriander, garam masala powder, turmeric powder, ndi ufa wofiira wa chilili. Kuphika mpaka kusakaniza kukhuthala.
- Onjezani napiye wowiritsa, mchere ndi batala. Sakanizani bwino.
