  1. Zilowetseni nandolo kwa usiku wonse ndikuphika mpaka zitaphika.
  2. Sungani mafuta mumphika umodzi. poto ndikuphika anyezi, adyo, mbewu za chitowe, BeyLeaf.
  3. Onjezani tomato, ufa wa coriander, garam masala powder, turmeric powder, ndi ufa wofiira wa chilili. Kuphika mpaka kusakaniza kukhuthala.
