1 Tengani chilli wobiriwira, ginger, beetroot wonyezimira mumtsuko wosakaniza ndikugaya kukhala phala labwino. 2. Tengani ufa wa tirigu, mchere, chilli flakes, chitowe ufa, garam masala powder, kasuri methi, mbewu za carom ndikusakaniza kamodzi. 3. Kusakaniza uku, onjezerani phala la beetroot, sakanizani ndi knead kwa mphindi zisanu. 4. Lolani mtanda wokandwa ukhale pambali kwa mphindi makumi atatu. 5. Tsopano gawani mpira wa mtanda mu magawo ang'onoang'ono pukutani mofanana. 6. Dulani chapati za mtanda ndi chodulira kuti zikhale zofanana. 7. Tsopano phikani chapati pa tawa yotentha poitembenuza mbali zonse. 8. Madontho a bulauni akawonekera pa chapati, thira mafuta pa chapati. 9. Chapati zikaphikidwa bwino, zichotseni mu poto. 10. Ndizo, ma chapati athu athanzi komanso okoma a beetroot ali okonzeka kutumikiridwa otentha ndi abwino ndi mbale iliyonse yomwe mungasankhe pambali.
