Zosakaniza:

  • Ridge gourd (beerakaya) - 1 kakulidwe kakang'ono
  • Tchilichi wobiriwira - 4
  • Kokonati - 1/4 chikho ( kusankha)
  • Tamarind - kakulidwe kakang'ono ka mandimu
  • Mbeu za chitowe (jeera) - 1 tsp
  • Mbeu za mpiru - 1 tsp
  • Chana tsabola - 1 tsp
  • Urad dal - 1 tsp
  • Tchilichi wofiira - 2
  • Adyo cloves - 3
  • Ufa waturmeric - 1/ 4 tsp
  • Masamba a Curry - ochepa
  • Masamba a Coriander - ochepa
  • Mafuta - 1 tbsp
  • Mchere - monga momwe amakondera

Njira:

1. Pendani ndi kuwaza mphonda m’tizidutswa ting’onoting’ono.

2. Thirani supuni 1 ya mafuta mu poto ndikuwonjezera chana dal, urad dal, chitowe, njere za mpiru, tsabola wofiira, ndi adyo cloves. Sambani bwino.

3. Onjezerani mphodza wodulidwa, ufa wa turmeric, masamba a curry, ndi masamba a coriander. Sakanizani bwino ndikuphika kwa mphindi khumi.

4. Msuziwo ukaphikidwa, lolani kuti kusakaniza kuzizire.

5. Mu blender, onjezerani chisakanizo chokhazikika, tsabola wobiriwira, tamarind, kokonati, ndi mchere. Sakanizani kukhala phala losalala.

6. Kuti mutenthe, tenthetsani 1 tsp mafuta mu poto, onjezerani nthangala za mpiru, tsabola wofiira, ndi masamba a curry. Wiritsani mpaka njere za mpiru ziphwasuka.

7. Onjezani osakaniza a ridge gourd ndi kusakaniza bwino, kuphika kwa mphindi ziwiri.

8. Beerakaya Pachadi yakonzeka kuperekedwa ndi mpunga wotentha kapena roti.
