- Garam masala powder 2 tsp
- Haldi powder (Turmeric powder) ½ tsp
- Himalayan pinki mchere 1 tsp kapena kulawa
- Hari mirch (Green chilli) akanadulidwa 1 tbs
- Hara dhania (fresh coriander) wodulidwa zamanja
- Podina (Mint masamba) odulidwa dzanja
- Anday (Mazira) 2

- Malangizo:
- Mu wok, onjezerani madzi, ng'ombe, ginger, adyo, njere za coriander, mabatani ofiira a chillies, cardamom wakuda ,njere za chitowe, ndodo ya sinamoni, mchere wapinki, anyezi, sakanizani bwino & bweretsani kuti ziwira, phimbani ndi kuphika pa moto wochepa kwambiri mpaka nyama itakwana 50% (30 minutes).
- Chotsani & kutaya zonse zonunkhira. .
- Onjezani magalamu ogawanika a bengal & sakanizani bwino, kuphimba ndi kuphika pa moto wochepa kwambiri mpaka madzi auma (mphindi 40-50).
- Chotsani pamoto & phatikizani bwino ndi thandizo la masher.
- Onjezani ufa wa chilli wofiira, garam masala powder, turmeric powder, pinki mchere, green chilli, coriander watsopano, masamba a mint, sakanizani bwino & kanda kuti muphatikize.
- Tengani osakaniza (50g) ndi kupanga kabab yofanana.
- Akhoza kusungidwa mu chidebe chotchinga mpweya kwa miyezi itatu mufiriji.
- Mu mbale, onjezerani mazira ndikumenya bwino mpaka kuchita thovu.
- Mukakazinga. poto, tenthetsani mafuta ophikira, wiritsani kabab mu osakaniza dzira losakanizidwa ndi mwachangu pamoto wapakati kuchokera kumbali zonse ziwiri mpaka bulauni wagolide (kupanga 20-22).
