- Sakanizani zipatso ndi mkaka: Mu blender, phatikizani apulo wodulidwa, nthochi, mkaka, ndi yoghurt (ngati mukugwiritsa ntchito). Sakanizani mpaka yosalala komanso yokoma.
- Sinthani kutsekemera: Ngati mukufuna, onjezerani uchi kapena madzi a mapulo kuti mulawe ndikusakanizanso.
