Zosakaniza:

  • Lal mirch (Red chilli) wophwanyidwa 1 tsp

  • Ghee (Clarified butter) 1 & ½ tsp
  • Mkate kagawo 1
  • Mafuta ophikira 5- Masupuni 6
  • Pyaz (Anyezi) odulidwa pafupifupi 3-4 pang'ono
  • Hari elaichi (Green cardamom) 3-4
  • Hari mirch (Green chillies) 4- 5
  • Badam (Maamondi) adawaviikidwa ndikusenda 8-9
  • Char maghaz (njere za mavwende) 2 tbs
  • Madzi 3-4 tbs

Malangizo:

  1. Konzani Chicken Koftay: Mu chopa, onjezani nkhuku, anyezi, chilli wobiriwira, coriander watsopano, phala la adyo, ufa wa chitowe, mchere wapinki, tsabola wakuda, tsabola wofiira wophwanyidwa, ufa wa garam masala, batala womveka, kagawo kakang'ono ka mkate & kuwaza mpaka bwino. Pakani manja ndi mafuta, tengani pang'ono osakaniza (50g) ndi kupanga koftay yofanana. Mu wok, onjezerani mafuta ophikira, nkhuku yokonzekera koftay & mwachangu pa moto wochepa kuchokera kumbali zonse mpaka kuwala kwagolide & kuika pambali (kupanga 12).
  2. Konzani Kofta Gravy: Mu wok yemweyo, yikani anyezi, wobiriwira. cardamom ndi mwachangu pa moto wochepa kwa mphindi 2-3. Chotsani anyezi ndikusamutsa mumtsuko wosakanizira, onjezerani chilli wobiriwira, ma almond, njere za vwende, madzi ndi kusakaniza bwino. Onjezani ufa wa tsabola wakuda, ufa wa chitowe, ufa wa coriander, ufa wa garam masala, mchere wapinki, phala la adyo, yoghurt & sakanizani bwino, kuphimba ndi kuphika pa moto wochepa kwa mphindi 4-5. Onjezerani madzi, sakanizani bwino & kuphika sing'anga moto kwa mphindi 1-2. Zimitsani lawi lamoto, onjezerani zonona, masamba owuma a fenugreek & kusakaniza bwino. Yatsani lawi lamoto, onjezerani koftay yokazinga ndi kusakaniza mofatsa. Onjezerani coriander watsopano, kuphimba ndi kuphika pa moto wochepa kwa mphindi 4-5. Kutumikira ndi naan kapena chapati!
