- Hari elaichi (Cardamome ya vert) 2
- Badam (Amands) oyo bakati na biteni 2 tbs
- Kishmish ( Raisins) 2 tbs
- Pista (Pistachios) oyo bakati na biteni 2 tbs
- Sawaiyan (Vermicelli) oyo enyatami 100g
- Doodh (Miliki) 1 & 1⁄2 litre
- Zafran (Nsinga ya safran) 1⁄4 tsp
- Doodh (Miliki) 2 tbs
- Sucre 1⁄2 Kopo to na goût
- Esence ya safran 1⁄2 tsp
- Crème 4 c.a. (optionnel)
- Pista (Pistache) oyo bakati
- Badam (Amandre) oyo bakati
-Na wok, bakisa manteka clarifiée & tika yango enyangwa.
-Bakisa cardamome ya vert,amande,raisins,pistache,sangisa malamu & frire pendant une minute.
-Bakisa vermicelli,sangisa malamu & frire tii eko changer couleur (2-3 minutes ).
-Bakisa miliki & sangisa malamu,mema yango na etumba & lamba na moto ya moke pendant 10-12 minutes.
-Na kati ya saani ya moke,bakisa ba fils ya safran,miliki,sangisa malamu & tika epema pendant 3 -4 minutes.
-Na wok,bakisa sukali,miliki ya safran dissous,essence ya safran & sangisa malamu.
-Boma flamme,bakisa crème & sangisa malamu.
-Boma flamme,sangisa malamu & kolamba na moto moke tii ekokoma épaisse (1-2 minutes).
-Bima yango na saani ya kopesa & tika yango epɔla.
-Garnish na pistache,amande & serve chilled!
