Mpo na purée ya base ya sauce:
- Mafuta 1 tsp
- Makkhan (manteka) 1 tbsp
- Biloko ya nsolo kitoko:
- Jeera (mboto ya kumini) 1 tsp
- Tej patta (nkasa ya laurier) 1 no.
- Sabut kaali mirch (ba pilipili ya moindo) 2-3 nos.
- Dalchini (kanela) 1 pouce
- Choti elaichi (cardamom ya vert) 3-4 gousses
- Badi elaichi (cardamom ya moindo) 1 no.
- Laung (cloves) 2 nos.

- Mafuta ya nzoi 1 tbsp
- Paneer 500-600 gramme
- Masala ya garam 1 tsp
- Kasuri méthi 1 tsp
- Coriandre ya sika ndenge esengeli (ekatakata)
- Crème ya sika 4-5 tbsp Lolenge ya kosala:
- Po na kosala base ya sauce ya purée, tia wok na moto ya moyenne, bakisa mafuta, manteka & ba épices mobimba, niokola mbala moko pe bakisa matungulu, niokola malamu pe lamba pendant 2-3 minutes.
