  • Paneer 500-600 gramme
  • Masala ya garam 1 tsp
  • Kasuri méthi 1 tsp
  • Coriandre ya sika ndenge esengeli (ekatakata)
  • Crème ya sika 4-5 tbsp Lolenge ya kosala:
  • Po na kosala base ya sauce ya purée, tia wok na moto ya moyenne, bakisa mafuta, manteka & ba épices mobimba, niokola mbala moko pe bakisa matungulu, niokola malamu pe lamba pendant 2-3 minutes.
