-Bicarbonate de soude 1⁄2 tsp
-Mungwa ya rose ya Himalaya 1⁄4 tsp to na goût
-Mafuta ya kolamba 1 tbs
-Mai 1 Kopo
-Mafuta ya kolamba mpo na ko frire
-Mai ndenge esengeli
-Hari mirch (Vert pilipili) 5-6
-Lehsan (Ail) clous 9-10
-Adrak (Ginger) 1 pouce eteni
-Zeera (Mboto ya kumini) ya kotumba & konyata 1 tsp
-Mungwa ya rose ya Himalaya 1 pinch
-Hara dhania (Coriandre ya sika) 1⁄2 Kopo
-Podina (Nkasa ya menthe) 1 Kopo
-Dahi (Yogurt) 1 kg
-Mungwa ya rose ya Himalaya 1 tsp to na goût
- Chaat masala 1 tsp
-Mafuta ya kolamba 3-4 tbs
-Zeera (Mboto ya kumini) 1 tsp
-Rai dana (Mboto ya moutarde) ya moindo 1⁄2 tsp
-Sabut lal mirch (Button rouge pilipili) 5-6
-Patta ya curry (Nkasa ya curry) 10-12
-Lal mirch (Mpili ya motane) oyo enyatami
-Chaat masala
-Papri
Directions:
Saani mein baisan,zeera,bicarbonate de soude,mungwa rose,mafuta ya kolamba aur thora thora ker ka pani shamil karein aur 4-5 minutes kliya ache tarhan whisk ker lein aur dhak ker 10 minutes kliya chor dein.
Mortal & pestle mein hari mirchein,lehsan,adrak,zeera,mungwa rose,hara dhania aur podina dal ker ache tarhan konyata ker ka pâte bana lein.
Chotay poêle mein mafuta ya kolamba,zeera,rai dana,sabut lal mirch aur curry pata dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Kosangisa: Kopesa bilei mein baray ya kosokola,tayyar podina dahi,tadka,lal mirch enyatami,chaat masala aur papri dal ker kopesa karein!
