Moto Tarka Daal

Ingrédients:
-Mafuta ya kolamba 2 tbs
-Tamatar (Tomate) purée 2 moyen
-Pâte adrak lehsan (Pâte d’ail de ginger) 1⁄2 tbs
-Poudre ya Haldi (Poudre ya kurkuma) 1⁄2 tsp
-Poudre ya mirch ya Lal (Poudre ya pilipili rouge) 1 tsp to na goût
-Mong daal (Lentilles jaune) 1⁄2 Kopo (esopami pendant 1 heure)
-Chana daal (gramme ya Bengale oyo ekabwani) 1 & 1⁄2 Kopo (esopami pendant 2 heures)
-Mai 4 Kopo
-Mungwa ya rose ya Himalaya 1 & 1⁄2 tsp to na goût

Directions:
-Na nzungu ya mabele ya lima,bakisa mafuta ya kolamba & chauffer yango.
-Bakisa tomate purée,pâte d'ail ya ginger,sangisa malamu & lamba na flamme moyenne pendant 1-2 minutes.
-Bakisa poudre ya curcuma,poudre ya pilipili rouge,sangisa malamu & lamba pendant 2-3 minutes.< br>-Bakisa lentilles jaune,kabola gramme bengale & sangisa malamu.
-Bakisa mayi,sangisa malamu & mema yango na etumba,zipa & lamba na flamme ya moke tii lentilles ekozala tendre (20-25 minutes),tala na kati & bakisa mayi soki esengeli.
-Bakisa mungwa ya rose,sangisa malamu & tika yango ekita tii ekozala consistance oyo olingi.
