-Mai ya moto ndenge esengeli

Bongisa Meethi Dahi Phulki:
-Dahi (Yogurt) 2 Kopo
-Poudre ya sukali 1⁄4 Kopo
-Mungwa ya rose ya Himalaya 1 pince to na goût
-Mai 1⁄4 Kopo to ndenge esengeli
-Chaat masala to taste
-Papri

Directions:
-Na saani,bakisa farini ya gramme,mungwa ya rose,ba semences ya kumini,ba graines ya carom,bicarbonate de soude,bakisa mokemoke mayi & whisk tii na consistance épaisse & continuer whisking pendant 8-10 minutes to tiii batter ekozala mobulumobulu.
