Khurma ya mpamba

- Biloko oyo esengeli:
- Miliki ya crème mobimba ya Olper 1 Litre
- Ghee ya Desi (Mateka oyo esili kopɛtolama) 2 tbs
- Chuwaray (Date ya kokauka) oyo balambi & bakati 8-10
- Kaju (Noix de cajou) bakati 2 tbs
- Badam (Amands) bakati 2 tbs
- Pista (Pistachios) bakati 2 tbs
- Kishmish (Raisins) esukolami 1 c.a (Manteka oyo esili kopɛtolama) 2 tbs
- Sawaiyan (Vermicelli) oyo enyatami 40g
- Mai ya Kewra 1⁄2 tsp
- Ba pétales ya rose oyo ekauki
-Na wok,bakisa miliki,mema yango na etumba & lamba pendant 2-3 minutes tiii miliki ekokoma épaisse.
-Na poêle,bakisa manteka clarifié & tika e fondu.
-Bakisa ba dates ya kokauka pe sangisa malamu.
-Bakisa ba noix de noix de cajou,amande,pistache,raisins,sangisa malamu pe frire pendant 2 minutes.
-Bakisa ba noix frites (reserver pona sima salela),sucre,gousses ya cardamome,sangisa malamu mpe lamba na moto ya moyenne pendant 4-5 minutes & continuer ko mélanger na kati.
-Na poêle,bakisa manteka clarifiée & tika e fondu.
-Bakisa vermicelli pe frire pendant 2 minutes.
-Bakisa vermicelli frites,sangisa bien pe lamba pendant 6-8 minutes.
-Bakisa mayi ya kewra,sangisa bien & lamba untuil consistance désirée.
-Garnir na ba noix frites,pétales ya rose ya kokauka & serve!
