- Choti elaichi (kaadi omubisi) ebikoola 3-4
- Badi elaichi (kaadi omuddugavu) 1 no.
- Laung (ebikuta) 2 nos.
- Omubisi gw’enjuki 1 tbsp
- Paneer gram 500-600
- Garam masala 1 ekijiiko
- Kasuri methi 1 ekijiiko
- Coriander empya nga bwe kyetaagisa (etemeddwa)
- Ekizigo ekipya 4-5 tbsp Enkola:
- Okukola puree gravy base, teeka wok ku muliro ogwa wakati, ssaako amafuta, butto & eby’akaloosa byonna, ssaako omulundi gumu n’ossaamu obutungulu, otabule bulungi ofumbe okumala eddakiika 2-3.
