  • Zeera powder ( Butto wa kumini) 1 tsp
  • Buwunga bwa Haldi (Turmeric powder) 1⁄2 tsp
  • Tikka masala 2 tbs
  • Omubisi gw’enniimu 2 tbs
  • Amazzi Ebijiiko 4-5

Tegeka Ssoosi:

  • Dahi (Yogurt) Ekikopo 1
  • Mayonnaise ebijiiko 5
  • Hari mirch (Green chillies) 3-4
  • Lehsan (Garlic) 4 cloves
  • Omunnyo gwa pinki ogwa Himalayan 1⁄2 tsp oba okuwooma
  • Powder ya Lal mirch (Red butto wa chilli) 1 tsp oba okuwooma
  • Podina (Ebikoola bya Mint) 12-15
  • Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) omukono

Tegeka Paratha :

  • Maida (All-purpose flour) esengejeddwa Ebikopo 3 & 1⁄2
  • Omunnyo gwa Himalayan pink 1 tsp oba okuwooma
  • Ssukaali afumbiddwa 1 tbs< /li>
  • Ghee (Butto alongooseddwa) asaanuuse ebijiiko bibiri
  • Amazzi Ekikopo 1 oba nga bwe kyetaagisa
  • Ghee (Butto alongooseddwa) ekijiiko 1
  • Ghee ( Butto alongooseddwa) 1⁄2 tbs
  • Ghee (Butto alongooseddwa) 1⁄2 tbs

Okugatta:

  • French fries nga bwe kyetaagisa

Endagiriro:

Tegeka Okujjuza Enkoko:

  1. Mu ssowaani, ssaako amafuta g’okufumba, obutungulu, & sauté okutuusa lw’otangaala.
  2. Oteekamu enkoko, ginger garlic paste, omunnyo gwa pinki, cumin powder, turmeric powder, tikka masala, lemon juice & tabula bulungi.
  3. Oteekamu amazzi & tabula bulungi, bikka & fumba ku muliro ogwa wakati okumala 4- eddakiika 5 olwo ofumbe ku muliro ogw’amaanyi okumala eddakiika 1-2.

Tegeka Sauce:

  1. Mu kibbo kya blender, ssaamu yogati, mayonnaise, green chillies, garlic, omunnyo gwa pink, butto wa chilli omumyufu, ebikoola bya mint, coriander omuggya, blend well & put aside.

Tegeka Paratha:

  1. Mu bbakuli, ssaako obuwunga obw’ebigendererwa byonna, omunnyo gwa pinki, ssukaali, butto alongooseddwa & tabula bulungi okutuusa lw’agwa.
  2. Mpola mpolampola ssaako amazzi, tabula bulungi & fumbire okutuusa ng’ensaano ekoleddwa.
  3. Siiga ne butto omutangaavu , bikka & gireke ewummule okumala eddakiika 15.
  4. Fumba & golola ensaano okumala eddakiika 2-3.
  5. Ddira akakuta akatono (100g), kola omupiira & roll out ne obuyambi bwa rolling pin mu thin rolled dough.
  6. Ongerako & saasaanya butto alongooseddwa, zing & cut the rolled dough nga oyambibwako ekiso, kola omupiira gw’ensaano & roll out nga oyambibwako rolling pin .
  7. Ku ssowaani, ssaako butto alongooseddwa, leka asaanuuse & osiike paratha ku muliro ogwa wakati okuva ku njuyi zombi okutuusa nga zaabu.

  1. Ku paratha, ssaako & saasaanya ssoosi etegekeddwa, ssaako okujjuza enkoko, french fries, ssoosi etegekeddwa & giyiringisize.
