-Lehsan (Garlic) cloves 9-10

-Omunnyo gwa pinki ogwa Himalaya 1 pinch
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) 1⁄2 Ekikopo
-Podina (Ebikoola bya Mint) 1 Ekikopo
-Dahi (Yogurt) 1 kg
-Omunnyo gwa pinki ogwa Himalaya 1 tsp oba okuwooma
- Chaat masala 1 tsp
-Amafuta g’okufumba 3-4 tbs

-Sabut lal mirch (Button red chillies) 5-6
-Curry patta (Ebikoola bya curry) 10-12

Endagiriro:
Ebbakuli mein baisan,zeera,soda,omunnyo gwa pinki,amafuta g’okufumba aur thora thora ker ka pani shamil karein aur eddakiika 4-5 kliya ache tarhan whisk ker lein aur dhak ker eddakiika 10 kliya chor dein.
Ekifa & pestle mein hari mirchein,lehsan,adrak,zeera,omunnyo gwa pinki,hara dhania aur podina dal ker ache tarhan crush ker ka paste bana lein.
Chotay ekisero mein amafuta g'okufumba,zeera,rai dana,sabut lal mirch aur curry pata dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
