Tegeka Sugar Syrup:
-Mu ssowaani,ssaamu ssukaali,amazzi,omubisi gw’enniimu,amazzi ga rose,green cardamom, rose petals & mix well,bifumbe & fumbe ku medium flame for 8-10 minutes & set aside.

-Ssala ku mbiriizi z'omugaati & flatten ekitundu ekyeru eky'omugaati ng'oyambibwako rolling pin oba pastry roller (kozesa ekikuta ky’omugaati okukola ebikuta by’omugaati & okutereka okukozesebwa oluvannyuma).
