Ebirungo:
- Omuzigo - akajiiko kamu

- Ketchup - 2 tbsp
- Emmyuufu ssoosi y’omubisi gw’enjuki - akajiiko kamu

- Penne pasta - . 200 gm (embisi)
- Kaloti - 1/2 ekikopo (ekitemeddwa)
- Kasooli omuwoomu - 1/2 ekikopo
- Capsicum - 1/2 ekikopo (ekisaliddwa mu bitundutundu )
- Fresh coriander a small handful
Enkola:
- Teeka ekiyungu ku muliro ogw’amaanyi, oteekemu amafuta, butto & jeera, . kiriza jeera okukutuka, yongera okwongera obutungulu, ginger garlic paste ne green chillies, ssuka era ofumbe okutuusa obutungulu lwe bufuuka translucent.
- Okwongera okuteeka ennyaanya, omunnyo okusinziira ku buwoomi, stir & cook on high flame for 4- Eddakiika 5. Kozesa ekyuma ekikuba amatooke okusiimuula buli kimu, kakasa nti masala ofumba bulungi.
- Kati, kkakkanya ennimi z’omuliro osseemu ketchup, red chilli sauce n’eby’akaloosa byonna eby’obuwunga, ssaako amazzi okwewala eby’akaloosa okuva okwokya, okutabula obulungi ofumbe okumala eddakiika 2-3 ku muliro ogwa wakati.
- Kati, ssaako pasta embisi, nkozesa penne pasta osobola okukozesa pasta yonna gy’oyagala. Awamu ne pasta ssaako carrots & sweet corns, stir & mix well, ssaako amazzi agamala okubikka pasta cm 1 waggulu wa surface yaayo.
