Ebirungo:

  • Omuzigo - akajiiko kamu
  • Butto - akajiiko kabiri
  • Jeera (ensigo za kumini) - akajiiko kamu

  • Penne pasta - . 200 gm (embisi)
  • Kaloti - 1/2 ekikopo (ekitemeddwa)

Enkola:

  1. Teeka ekiyungu ku muliro ogw’amaanyi, oteekemu amafuta, butto & jeera, . kiriza jeera okukutuka, yongera okwongera obutungulu, ginger garlic paste ne green chillies, ssuka era ofumbe okutuusa obutungulu lwe bufuuka translucent.
  2. Okwongera okuteeka ennyaanya, omunnyo okusinziira ku buwoomi, stir & cook on high flame for 4- Eddakiika 5. Kozesa ekyuma ekikuba amatooke okusiimuula buli kimu, kakasa nti masala ofumba bulungi.
  3. Kati, kkakkanya ennimi z’omuliro osseemu ketchup, red chilli sauce n’eby’akaloosa byonna eby’obuwunga, ssaako amazzi okwewala eby’akaloosa okuva okwokya, okutabula obulungi ofumbe okumala eddakiika 2-3 ku muliro ogwa wakati.
  4. Kati, ssaako pasta embisi, nkozesa penne pasta osobola okukozesa pasta yonna gy’oyagala. Awamu ne pasta ssaako carrots & sweet corns, stir & mix well, ssaako amazzi agamala okubikka pasta cm 1 waggulu wa surface yaayo.
  5. Kati, bikka era ofumbe ku medium low flame okutuusa nga pasta efumbiddwa, ggule the lid & do stir in intervals to ensure the pasta doesn’t stick to the bottom.
