Ku Paste Ennyigirizibwa

  • Entungo ya yinsi emu, ssala mu bukambwe
  • 2-4 Garlic cloves
  • 2 fresh Green chill

Ku Gravy

  • 4 tbsp Ghee
  • 1 tsp Ensigo za Cumin
  • 2 Cloves
  • 1 Green cardamom
  • Ekikuta kya Ginger Garlic ekitegekeddwa
  • 3 Obutungulu obwa sayizi eya wakati, obutemeddwa
  • 1⁄2 ekijiiko butto w’entungo
  • ekijiiko 2 ekituumiddwa butto wa Coriander
  • ekijiiko 1 eky’obuwunga bwa Degi red chilli
  • 2 ekijiiko Curd, ekikubiddwa
  • 3 medium sayizi Ennyaanya, esaliddwa
  • ekikopo 1⁄2 Amazzi
  • 400 gms Paneer, esaliddwa mu sayizi ya cube

Okuyooyoota

  • Kasuri methi (eky’okwesalirawo ) 1 tsp

Enkola

Ku Crushed Paste:

Mu kikuta ky’amayinja, ssaamu entungo, entungo, omubisi gw’enjuki, omunnyo okusinziira ku buwoomi era okolemu ekikuta ekiweweevu.

Ku Gravy:

Oteekamu curd, ennyaanya ozifumbe bulungi. Teekamu amazzi matono ofumbe okumala eddakiika emu.
