Green Chillies: 1-2 nos. (esaliddwa)
Entungo: yinsi emu (julienned)
Omunnyo: okusinziira ku buwoomi
Powder ya Turmeric: 1/2 tsp
Red Chilli Powder: 1 tsp
Amazzi agookya: nga bwe kyetaagisa
Fresh Coriander: nga bwe kyetaagisa
Fresh Cream: 1-2 tbsp (optional)
Kasuri Methi: a pinch
Enkola:
Mu ssowaani ssaako... butter & oil, gibugume okutuusa butto lw'asaanuuka ddala. Further add gram flour & lightly roast it on medium flame, akawunga ka gram kakola nga binding agent nga bwekukwata amazzi agafuluma mu paneer. Oluvannyuma ssaako omunnyo okusinziira ku buwoomi, turmeric powder red chilli powder, stir well fumba okumala eddakiika 1-2 olwo osseeko amazzi agookya nga bwekyetaagisa & genda mu maaso n'okufumba okumala eddakiika endala 2. Bw’omala okufumba masala ssaako paneer eyakolebwa awaka mu ssowaani ng’ogimenyaamenya n’emikono gyo wamu n’akatono aka coriander omuggya, tabula bulungi paneer ne masala & ssaako amazzi agookya nga bwe kyetaagisa okutereeza consistency ya bhurji & fumba okumala eddakiika 1-2. Ekirala yongera ku fresh cream & kasuri methi, giwe stir ennungi & finish nga omansira ne fresh coriander. Paneer bhurji yo ewedde.
