Ebirungo:

  • Obutungulu 3-4 obwa sayizi eya wakati (obutemeddwa)
  • Ekikuta ky’entungo y’entungo 1 tbsp
  • Emibisi gya kiragala 1-2 nos. (esaliddwa)
  • Eby’akaloosa ebikoleddwa mu butto
    1. Hing 1/2 ekijiiko
    2. Buwunga bwa entungo 1/2 tsp
    3. Butto w’omubisi gw’enjuki omumyufu ow’e Kashmiri 1 tbsp
    4. Omubisi omumyufu ogw’akawoowo 1 tsp
    5. Buwunga bwa kumini 1 tsp
    6. Powder ya Coriander 1 ekijiiko
  • Ennyaanya 3-4 (puree)
  • Omunnyo okusinziira ku buwoomi
  • Entangawuuzi eza kiragala ekikopo 1.5
  • Methi omuggya ekibinja ekitono 1 / ebikopo 2
  • Kasuri methi 1 ekijiiko
  • Garam masala 1 ekijiiko
  • Entungo yinsi emu (julienned)
  • Omubisi gw’enniimu 1/2 tsp
  • Ebizigo ebibisi ebikopo 3/4
  • Coriander empya engalo entono (etemeddwa)

Enkola:

  • Teeka handi ku muliro ogw’amaanyi, ogiteekemu ghee ogireke esaanuuse.
  • Ghee bw’emala okubuguma ssaako kumini, cinnamon, bay leaf, green cardamom n’obutungulu, stir & cook on medium high flame okutuusa obutungulu lwe bufuuka golden brown.
  • Ekirala, ssaako ginger garlic paste & green chillies, ssuka & ofumbe okumala eddakiika 2-3 ku muliro ogwa wakati.
  • Ginger garlic paste bw’emala okufumba obulungi, ssaako eby’akaloosa byonna eby’obuwunga, stir & ssaako amazzi agookya okuziyiza eby’akaloosa okwokya, yongera ku muliro okutuuka ku medium high era ofumbe bulungi masala. Ghee bw’etandika okwawukana ssaako ennyaanya puree n’oteekamu omunnyo okusinziira ku buwoomi, stir & cook on medium flame for 2-3 minutes, olwo obikke handi n’ekibikka ofumbe okumala eddakiika 15-20, sigala ng’osika buli luvannyuma lwa ghee eyawula, ssaako amazzi agookya singa gakala.
  • Ghee bw’emala okwawukana, ssaako entangawuuzi ezibisi, zitabule bulungi & ofumbe ku muliro ogwa wakati, ssaako amazzi agookya okutereeza obugumu, bikkako ofumbe okumala eddakiika 3-4.
  • Ggyawo ekibikka osseemu methi omuggya, sigala ng’osika era ofumbe okumala eddakiika 10-12 ku muliro ogwa wakati ogwa wakati.
