Kuki ya Hojicha Cheesecake

Ebirungo:
- 220g gf obuwunga blend (88g tapioca starch, 66g obuwunga bwa mukene, 66g obuwunga bwa millet) naye osobola okukozesa obuwunga bwa gf bwonna oba bulijjo all purpose
- 1/2 ekijiiko kya sooda
- 2 tbsp hojicha powder
- 2 tbsp vanilla extract
- 113g butto atali munnyo agonvu
- 110g ssukaali omubisi
- 50g ssukaali wa kitaka
- 1 tbsp tahini
- 1/2 tsp omunnyo
- 1 eggi & 1 eggi ensaano
- 110g cream cheese
- 40g butto atalina munnyo
- 200g ssukaali ow’obuwunga
- 1/2 tbsp y’omubisi gw’enniimu
- akatono k’omunnyo
- ekijiiko kimu eky’ekikuta kya vanilla (eky’okwesalirawo)
Ebiragiro:
- Okubugumya nnyo 350F. < li>Mu bbakuli eya wakati, tabula butto wa hojicha n’ekirungo kya vanilla wamu okutuusa lw’afuuka ekikuta, olwo oteekemu butto otabule okutuusa lw’efuuka ekimu.
- Oteekemu ssukaali omubisi, ssukaali wa kitaka, omunnyo otabule (tekyetaagisa okukuba okuyingiza empewo).
- Oteekamu amagi ne tahini.
- Mu bbakuli endala, sekula obuwunga bwo wamu oteekemu sooda.
- Oteekemu enkalu mu wet and mix.
- Teeka mu firiigi ekisinga obulungi okumala ekiro naye ekitono okumala essaawa 1 ensaano efune amazzi n’obuwoomi okukula (mwesige kikola enjawulo!!!).
- Scoop mu mipiira (nga 30g/omupiira) era kakasa nti ozisaasaanya n’ozifumbira okumala edakiika 13-15 ku 350F.
- Okukola frosting, ng’okozesa standmixer oba ekyuma ekikuba amasannyalaze, kwata cream cheese ne butto okutuusa kitangaala era nga kirimu empewo.
- Oteekamu omubisi gw’enniimu, omunnyo, ekikuta kya vanilla (bw’oba olina) ne ssukaali ow’obuwunga okutuusa ng’obugumu buba bugonvu.
- Linda kuki okunnyogoga nga tonnazifuula frosting. Oyooyoota n’okumansira oba enfuufu ya hojicha.
