-Khajoor (Ennaku) omugonvu 100g
-Makhan (Butter) omugonvu 2 tbs
-Badam (Amanda) atemeddwa 50g
-Anday ki zardi (Eggi ly’amagi) 1
-Doodh (Amata) 1 tbs
-Til (Ensigo z’omuwemba) nga bwe kyetaagisa

Endagiriro:
Tegeka Enkuta ya Kuki:
-Mu bbakuli,ssaamu butto & kukuba bulungi.
-Oteekamu ssukaali ow’ekika kya icing ,tabula olwo n'okuba bulungi okutuusa lw'ofuuka ekizigo.
-Oteekamu eggi,vanilla essence & kukuba bulungi.
-Oteekamu akawunga akakola buli kimu,obuwunga bw'amata,omunnyo gwa pinki,tabula bulungi & kukuba okutuusa lwe bikwatagana obulungi.
-Wrap dough tightly in cling film & refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Tegeka Ennaku Okujjuza:
-Mu chopper,ssaako ensukusa ezitaliimu nsigo,butter & chop well.
-Oteekamu amanda & chop well.
-Twala a small quantity of mixture,kola omupiira olwo oyiringisize nga oyambibwako emikono & oteeke ku bbali.
-Ggyayo ensaano mu firiigi,ggyako cling film,mansira akawunga akakalu & roll out ne rolling pin.
- Teeka rolled date filling ku bbugumu,yiringisiza ensaano katono & osibe ku mbiriizi olwo osale ensaano mu 3” finger cookie.
-Teeka date cookies ku baking tray lined ne butter paper & refrigerate for 10 minutes before baking.< br>-Mu bbakuli,ssaako egg yolk,milk & whisk well.
-Siiga egg wash ku cookies & mansira omuwemba.
-Fumba mu oven eyasooka okubuguma ku 170C okumala eddakiika 15-20 (ekola 16-18 ).
