Tegeka Keeki ya Chocolate (Layer 1):
-Eggi 1
-Amata ga Olper 1⁄2 Ekikopo
-Amafuta g’okufumba 1⁄4 Ekikopo< br>-Vanilla essence 1 tsp
-Bareek cheeni 1⁄2 Cup
-Maida 1 & 1⁄4 Cup
-Powder ya cocoa 1⁄4 Cup
-Omunnyo gwa Himalayan pink 1⁄4 tsp
-Baking powder 1 tsp< br>-Soda 1⁄2 tsp
-Amazzi agookya 1⁄2 Ekikopo

Tegeka Chocolate Mousse (Layer 2):
-Ice cubes nga bwekyetaagisa
-Olper's Cream chilled 250ml
- Semi sweetened dark chocolate grated 150g
-Icing sugar 4 tbs
-Vanilla essence 1 tsp

Tegeka Chocolate Top Shell (Layer 4):
-Ssukaali omuddugavu afumbiddwa ekitundu 100g
-Amafuta ga muwogo 1 tsp
-Sugar syrup
-Powder ya cocoa

Endagiriro:

Tegeka Keeki ya Chocolate (Layer 1):< br>Mu bbakuli,ssaako eggi,amata,amafuta g'okufumba,vanilla essence,caster sugar & beat well.
Ku bbakuli teeka sieve,ssaako akawunga akakola buli kimu,cocoa powder,pink salt,baking powder,baking soda & sift together then beat until well combined.
Oteekamu amazzi agookya & beat well.
Ku baking pan eriko amafuta eya yinsi 8 lined ne butter paper,yiwa cake batter & tap emirundi mitono.
Fumba mu preheated oven ku 180C okumala eddakiika 30 (ku grill eya wansi).
Leka enyogoze ku bbugumu erya bulijjo.

Mu bbakuli ennene,ssaako ice cubes,teeke ebbakuli endala mu yo,ssaako ebizigo & kukuba okumala eddakiika 3-4.
Oteekamu icing sugar,vanilla essence & kukuba okutuusa nga stiff peaks zikola.
Mu bbakuli endala entono,ssaako dark chocolate,3-4 tbs of cream & microwave okumala eddakiika emu olwo otabule bulungi okutuusa lw’omala okuweweevu.
Kati ssaako chocolate asaanuuse mu mutabula gw’ebizigo & kukuba okutuusa lw’ogatta obulungi.
Tusa mu nsawo ya payipu & oteeke mu firiigi okutuusa lw’okozesa.

Tegeka Chocolate Top Shell ( Layer 4):
Mu bbakuli,ssaako dark chocolate,coconut oil & microwave okumala eddakiika emu olwo otabule bulungi okutuusa lw'efuuka smooth.
Ggyawo cake mu baking pan & trim cake as per cake tin size nga oyambibwako round cutter (6.5” cake tin).
Teeka keeki wansi mu bbokisi ya bbaati,ssaako ssukaali siropu & leka anywe okumala eddakiika 10.
Pipe out prepared chocolate mousse ku keeki & osaasaanya kyenkanyi.
Pipe out a thin layer of chocolate ganache (layer 3) & spread evenly.
