- Powder ya Lal mirch ( Butto w’omubisi gw’enjuki omumyufu) ekijiiko kimu oba okusinziira ku buwoomi
- Ekijiiko kya Elaichi (obuwunga bwa Cardamom) 1⁄4 ekijiiko
- Powder ya kali mirch (Black pepper powder) 1⁄2 ekijiiko
- Zeera ( Ensigo za kumini) eyokeddwa & enywezeddwa 1⁄2 tbs
- Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) etemeddwa engalo

Endagiriro
- Mu ddagala erifa & pestle,ssaamu entungo,entungo,omubisi gwa green ,cashew nuts,obutungulu obusiike,nyiga & gise bulungi okukola ekikuta ekinene & kiteeke ku bbali.
- Mu ssowaani,ssaamu butto alongooseddwa,enkoko mince,obuwunga bwa gram,paste ensaanuuse,omunnyo gwa pinki,obuwunga bwa chilli omumyufu , butto wa cardamom,obuwunga bwa black pepper,cumin seeds,fresh coriander,tabula & mash bulungi n’emikono okutuusa nga zigatta bulungi.
- Mu bbakuli,ssaamu yogati,green chillies,pink salt,dried rose petals & mix well .
- Siiga emikono n’amafuta,twala omutabula omutono (80g) & flatten ku ngalo zo,oteekamu 1⁄2 tbs za yogati etegese okujjuza,bikka bulungi & kola kabab eya sayizi ezenkanankana (akola 10-11).
- Mu ssowaani,bugumya amafuta g’okufumba & shallow fry kababs ku muliro omutono okuva ku njuyi zombi okutuusa lwe zifuuka zaabu.
