ENKOZESA YA UPMA
- Okusiika Rava:
- 1 1⁄2 tbsp ghee
- ekikopo 1/ 165 gms bombay rava/ sooji
- Ku Upma:
- ebijiiko 3 eby’amafuta (amafuta gonna agalongooseddwa)
- Ensigo za mukene ebijiiko 3/4
- ekijiiko 1 gota urad/ urad yonna erongooseddwa
- 1 tbsp chana dal/ bengal gram
- 8 temuli kaawa, osale mu kitundu
- 1 tsp ginger, otemeddwa
- 1 obutungulu obwa wakati, otemeddwa< /li>

Enkola:

● Ku Upma, bbugumya amafuta mu kadhai y’emu n’ofuumuula ensigo za mustard, n’ogobererwa chana dal, gota urad ne cashew nuts. Saute okutuusa lwe zifuuka light brown.
● Kati ssaako ginger ofumbe okumala eddakiika emu okutuusa ginger lw’afulumya akawoowo kaayo akabisi.
● Oteekamu obutungulu, green chilli n’ebikoola bya curry osute okutuusa obutungulu lwe bufuuse translucent.
● Oteekamu mu mazzi, omunnyo, ssukaali oleke afumbe. Bwe gutandika okufumba guleke gufumbe okumala eddakiika 2. Mu ngeri eno obuwoomi bwonna bujja kuyingira mu mazzi.
● Kati ku mutendera guno ssaamu rava etegese. Tambula obutasalako ng’ofumba okwewala ebizimba byonna.
● Kumpi amazzi gonna bwe ganyiga okukendeeza ku nnimi z’omuliro (kakasa nti galina okuba n’obugumu obw’omuceere) era obikke n’ekibikka okumala eddakiika 1.
