1 kg Basmati Rice, okunaaba n’okunaazibwa
4 Cloves
1⁄2 inch Cinnamon
2 Green Cardamom pods
Omunnyo okusinziira ku buwoomi
1⁄4 ekikopo Ghee, esaanuuse

Ku Marinade
enkoko kkiro emu n’amagumba, eyozeddwa n’okunaaba
obutungulu 4 obwa wakati, obusala
2 tbsp barista/fried onion
1 tbsp y’amazzi ga saffron
amatabi 2 ag’ebikoola bya mint
1⁄2 ekikopo kya curd, ekikubiddwa
1 tsp butto wa coriander
1 tbsp degi chilli power
1⁄2 tsp green chilli paste
1 tbsp Ginger Garlic paste
3-4 green chillies, slit< br>Omunnyo okusinziira ku buwoomi

Ebirungo ebirala
1 tbsp ghee
1⁄4 ekikopo ky'amazzi
1⁄2 ekikopo ky'amata
2 tbsp amazzi ga saffron
1 tbsp ghee
Ebikoola bya mint bitono
1 tbsp barista
Omunnyo okusinziira ku buwoomi
2 tsp amazzi ga saffron
1⁄2 tsp amazzi ga rose

For marinade< br>• Mu bbakuli y’okutabula, ssaamu enkoko ogifumbe n’ebirungo byonna.
• Leka enkoko efumbiddwa okusinga ekiro oba okumala essaawa ezitakka wansi wa 3.

Ku Muceere
• Leka omuceere ogunaaze guwummule okumala eddakiika 20.
• Bbugumya amazzi mu kiyungu, oteekemu ghee n’omunnyo.
• Teekamu cloves, cinnamon ne green cardamom. Oluvannyuma ssaako omuceere gufumbe. Amangu ago wansi ennimi z’omuliro ofumbe ku muliro omutono okumala ebitundu 80%.

Ku Biryani
• Mu ssowaani enzito wansi, ssaamu ghee n’enkoko efumbiddwa. Fumba okumala eddakiika nga 7-8.
• Mu ssowaani endala, layeri biryani. Oluvannyuma ssaako omuceere, enkoko n’oluvannyuma n’ossaako omuceere. Teekamu omubisi gw’enkoko waggulu.
• Mu ssowaani y’enkoko, ssaamu amazzi, amata, amazzi ga safaali, ghee, ebikoola bya mint, barista, omunnyo n’ebikoola bya coriander. Teeka jhol ono mu biryani.
• Oteekamu amazzi ga saffron amalala, amazzi ga rose n’amatondo matono ag’amazzi ga kewra. Kati giteeke ku dum okumala eddakiika 15-20 ku muliro omutono.
• Gabula nga eyokya ng’olonze raita.
