- Aloo (Ebitooke) ebifumbiddwa - 3 ebya wakati
- Hari mirch (Green chilli) paste - 1⁄2 tbs
- Omunnyo gwa Himalayan pink - 1⁄2 tsp oba okuwooma
- Kashmiri lal mirch (omubisi omumyufu ow’e Kashmiri) butto - 1⁄2 tsp
- Chaat masala - 1 tsp
- Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) etemeddwa - 2-3 tbs
