Ebirungo:
-Fillet y’enkoko etaliiko magumba 500g
-Ssoosi eyokya 2 tbs
-Sirka (Vinegar) 2 tbs
-Paprika powder 2 tsp
-Himalayan pink salt 1 tsp oba to obuwoomi
-obuwunga bwa kali mirch (Black pepper powder) 1⁄2 tsp
-Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) 1⁄2 tbs
-Oregano omukalu 1 tsp
-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 1⁄2 tsp oba okuwooma
-Shimla mirch (Capsicum) cubes nga bwe kyetaagisa
-Pyaz (Onion) cubes nga bwekyetaagisa
-Ebitundu by’omugaati ebiyokeddwa 2
-Maida (All-purpose flour) nga bwe kyetaagisa
- Anday (Eggs) whisked 2
-Amafuta g’okufumba ag’okusiika

Endagiriro:
-Ssala enkoko ennyama mu bikuta bya yinsi emu.
-Mu bbakuli,ssaamu enkoko,ssoosi eyokya,vinegar ,paprika powder,pink salt,black pepper powder,garlic powder, dried oregano,red chilli powder & mix well,bikka ne cling film & marinate okumala essaawa 2.
-Skew enkoko efumbiddwa mu skewer y'embaawo ne capsicum & onion cubes .
-Mu chopper,ssaako ebitundu by'omugaati ebisiigiddwa & chop well into breadcrumbs & transfer to a bowl.
-Mu bbakuli,ssaamu akawunga akakola byonna & amagi agafumbiddwa mu bbakuli endala.
-Coat chicken skewers mu buwunga obw'ebintu byonna olwo nnyike mu magi agafumbiddwa & coat ne breadcrumbs (akola 14-15).
