- Amafuta g’okufumba ag’okusiika
Endagiriro:
- Mu bbakuli, ssaamu kkeeki ya mozzarella, kkeeki ya cheddar, chili emmyufu enywezeddwa, jalapeno omubisi & tabula bulungi.
- Twala a omutabula omutono (25-30g), kola obutundutundu obutonotono & oteeke ku bbali.
- Mu bbakuli, ssaako ennyama y’ente mince, ginger garlic paste, omunnyo gwa pink, paprika powder, black pepper powder, cumin powder, breadcrumbs , eggi, fresh coriander & mix okutuusa nga zigatta bulungi & marinate for 30 minutes.
