-Maida (All-purpose flour) 3⁄4 Cup
-Chawal ka atta (Obuwunga bw’omuceere) 1⁄4 Ekikopo
-Lal mirch (Red chilli) enywezeddwa 2 tsp
-Omunnyo gwa Himalayan pink 1⁄2 tsp oba okuwooma
-Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) 1 tsp
-Obuwunga bw’enkoko 2 tsp
-Parsley omukalu 2 tsp
-Amazzi Ekikopo 1 oba nga bwe kyetaagisa
-Okufumba okusiika
-Aloo (Ebitooke) wedges 2 ennene (ebifumbiddwa okutuusa nga 90% biwedde)

Endagiriro:
-Grate mozzarella cheese, cheddar cheese & tabula bulungi.
-Oteekamu paprika powder, garlic powder, ne parsley omuggya, otabule bulungi & okole omupiira , divide into 4 portions & set aside.
-Mu bbakuli, ssaako beef mince, pink salt, black pepper powder, garlic, mix & mash well n'emikono & giteeke ku bbali.

-Fry the coated onion rings until golden & crispy.
