  • Enkoko etaliimu magumba obutundutundu obutono 500g

  • Lal mirch (Omubisi omumyufu) ogunywezeddwa 1 & 1⁄2 tsp
  • Powder ya mirch eya safed (Butto w’entungo enjeru) 1⁄4 tsp
  • Sirka (Vinegar) ekijiiko 1 & 1⁄2

  • Shimla mirch (Capsicum) esaliddwamu ebitundu 2 ebya wakati
  • Pyaz (Obutungulu obweru) obusaliddwamu 2 medium
  • Powder y’obutungulu 1⁄2 tsp
  • Powder ya Lehsan (Powder ya garlic) 1⁄2 tsp

  • Olper’s Cheddar cheese efumbiddwa nga bwe kyetaagisa
  • Olper’s Mozzarella cheese efumbiddwa nga bwe kyetaagisa

  2. Oteekamu enkoko & tabula bulungi okutuusa lw’ekyuka langi.
  3. -Oteekamu butto wa black pepper,omunnyo gwa pink,oregano omukalu,red chilli crushed,white pepper powder,vinegar, tabula bulungi & ofumbe okumala 2-3 eddakiika.
  4. Leka enyogoze.

  1. Mu ssowaani y’emu,ssaamu capsicum,obutungulu & tabula bulungi.
  2. Oteekamu butto w’obutungulu,obuwunga bw’entungo,obuwunga bw’entungo enjeru,omunnyo gwa pinki,oregano omukalu & ofuke ku muliro ogwa wakati okumala eddakiika 1-2 & oteeke ku bbali.
  3. Mu bbakuli,ssaako ebizigo,omubisi gw’enniimu & tabula bulungi okumala sekondi 30. Ebizigo ebikaawa biwedde.
  4. Oteekamu mayonnaise,coriander omuggya,enva endiirwa ezisiigiddwa,tabula bulungi & oteeke ku bbali.

Okukuŋŋaanya:

  1. Ssala emizingo/buns ez’ekyeggulo ez’eŋŋaano enzijuvu okuva wakati.
  2. Ku buli ludda lwa dinner roll/buns,ssaako & saasaanya enva endiirwa ezirimu ebizigo,enkoko etegekeddwa,cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese,red chilli crushed & pickled jalapenos.
