-Lehsan (Knuewelek) Zänn 9-10
-Adrak (Ginger) 1 Zoll Stéck
-Zeera (Cumin Somen) geréischtert & zerquetscht 1 Tsp
-Himalaya rosa Salz 1 Prise
-Hara dhania (frësche Koriander) ½ Coupe
-Podina (Mënzblieder) 1 Coupe
-Dahi (Joghurt) 1 kg
- Himalaya rosa Salz 1 Tsp oder no Goût
- Chaat masala 1 TL
-Kachöl 3-4 EL

Richtungen:
Bowl mein baisan,zeera,Backing Soda,rosa Salz,Kachöl aur thora thora ker ka pani shamil karein aur 4-5 Minutten kliya ache tarhan whisk ker lein aur dhak ker 10 minutes kliya chor dein.
Mortal & pestle mein hari mirchein,lehsan,adrak,zeera,pink salt,hara dhania aur podina dal ker ache tarhan crush ker ka paste bana lein.
Chotay Frying Pan mein Cooking oil,zeera,rai dana,sabut lal mirch aur curry pata dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Assemblée: Serving dish mein soaked baray,tayyar podina dahi,tadka,lal mirch crushed,chaat masala aur papri dal ker serve karein!
