Ingredientia:
- Mutton
- Cepe, subtiliter concisus
- Tomatoes, subtiliter concisus
- Yogurt
- Ginger-allium farina
- Pulvis turmeric
- Pulvis rubra Chilli
- cumin semina
- Pulvis coriandri
- Garam Masala
- Sal gustare
- Oil
Instructiones:
1. Oleum coque in sartagine et semina cumini adde. Excita donec sizzant.
2. Adde concisas cepas subtiliter et coques donec vertant aureum brunneum.
3. Adde crustulum gingiberi et coque donec odor crudus evanescat.
4. Adde turmeric, pulveris purus ruber, coriandrum pulveris, masala garam. Minimum calor pro momento coque.
5. Adde concisas tomatoes et coque donec oleum dividat.
6. Adde costis frusta, yogurt, sal. Medium flammae coquite, donec oleum relinquat.
7. Aquam si opus fuerit adicere et coquere, donec tenera est ovi.
8. Cilantro ornatis et calida servis.
