-Himalayan sal roseum 1 tsp vel ad gustus
-Kali mirch pulveris (Piperis nigri pulveris) ½ tsp
-Lehsan pulveris (Allii pulveris) ½ tbs
-aristae origani 1 tsp
-Lal mirch pulveris (Colli pulveris) ½ tsp vel cubes cubes secundum exigentiam
-Pyaz (Onion) gustare
-Shimla mirch (Capsicum) cubulos postulante
-Pyaz (Onion) cubulos exigente
-Panis pecias coctae 2
-Maida (Omnes-proposito farinae) postulantibus
- Anday (Ova) restituta 2
-Coquendam oleum ad sartagines
Directiones:
-Cut pullum vitta in cubulos 1-unc.
-In patera, pullum adde, liquamen calidum, acetum , pulveris paprika, salis rosei, pulveris piperis nigri, allii pulveris, origani exsiccati, pulveris rubri, chilli rubri, & bene misce, veli adhaerens pelliculae & marinatae per 2 horas.
-Skew marinatum pullum ligneum skewer cum capsico & cepa cubico .
-In chopperis pane tosto adde pecias & concide bene in medulla panis & transfer ad pateram.
-In phialam, omnia ad farinam & ova in alio phiala adde. skewers in omni proposito farinae tum intinge in ova & tunica cum medulla panis whisked (facit 14-15).
-In opere, calor coquendi oleum & fry pullum skewers humilem flammam usque ad auream & crispam.
