-Gajar (Carrot) extracta Cup
-Lauki ( Utrem cucurbita) extracta 1 Calicem
-Adrak (Ginger) 1-unc fragmentum
-Dahi (Yogurt) 1/3 Cup
-Sooji (Semolina) 1 & ½ Cup
-Zeera (Cumin semina) assa & contrita 1 tsp
-Himalayan sal roseum 1 tsp vel gustare
-Lal mirch (Red chilli) contritus 1 tsp
-Aqua 1 Cup
-Hari mirch (Green chilli) concisus 1 tbs
-Hara dhania (coriandrum recens) pugillum conciderunt. /p>
-coctum nitri tsp
-coctum olei 2-3 tbs
-Til (sesama sesamae) postulante
-coctione olei 1-2 tsp si opus est
Directio:
-Chop cepa & capsicum.
-Grate daucum, cucurbita, gingiber & abjiciendus.
-In phiala, adde yogurt, semolina, cuminum, sal roseum, chilli rubicundum contritum, aqua & scopula bene, operias & conquiescas per X minutas.
-Adde omnes herbas; viridis chilli, coriandri viridis, nitri cocti & bene misce.
-In sartagine (6-unc), oleum coquendo adde & calefacies.
-Adde semina sesama; praeparata tundit & aequabiliter expandit, operiet & coques flammam humilem usque ad auream (6-8 minuta), diligenter flip, si opus fuerit oleum coquere & in flamma media coque, donec fiat (3-4 minuta) (faciat 4) & serve!
