directiones:
- In aeno adde aquam, oryzam maceratam, misce bene & affer bullire, operire & coque flammam humilem per 18-20 minutas.
- In amphora blender adde orizam coctam, ruscam, lac, misce bene & abjicias.
- In opere, saccharo adde, aequaliter diffunde & humilem flammam coque donec saccharum caramelize & brunneis vertit.
- lac adde, misce bene & coque flammam humilem 2-3 minuta.
- Saccharum adde, pulveris amomi, misce bene & coque in flamma media pro 8-10 minutes.

- Conmixtam crustulum adde, flammam humilem in medium bene & coque, donec crassitudinem & constantiam desideratam (35-40 minuta).
