- Tamatar (Tomatoes) conciderunt 2 medium
- Hari mirch (Green chilli) concisus 1 tbs
- Kashmiri lal mirch (Kashmiri red chilli) pulveris ½ tbs
- Dhania pulveris (Coriandri pulveris) 1 & tsp
- Himalayan sal roseum tsp vel gustare

- Makhan (Butter) 2-3 tbs
- Lal mirch (Red chilli) contritus 1 tbs

Directiones:
Sukka Pullum para:
In patera, adde yogurt, gingiber allium crustulum, sal roseum, pulverem turmericanum, succum citri, folia quaere & bene misce.
Adde pullum & misce bene, operi & marina per XXX minuta.
In opere, oleum coquere, cepam & fricare usque ad fulvum aureum & ad usum posteriorum reservandum. Aufer extra oleum de opere & relinque solum Calicem oleum coquendi. In opere, adde allium, gingiberi, folia quaere & bene misce. Add lycopersiciSus viridis chilli, kashmiri pulveris rufi chilli, coriandri pulveris, sal rosei, chilli rubri, misce bene & coque in flammam medium pro 2-3 minuta. Adde aquam & misce bene. Add marinated pullum & misce bene, operculum & coques humilem flammam 14-15 minutarum (inter se commisce). Adde cepam reservatam frixam, misce bene & coque in flamma media 2-3 minuta. Adde pulpam tamarindam, pulveris faeniculi, garam masalas pulveris, & bene misce. Adde coriandrum recens, flammam 4-5 minutae preme, operi & coque.
Renovare reliquias/plain Naan ad allium Naan:
In patera, adde butyrum, chilli rubrum contritum, allium, coriandrum recens & bene misce. In sartagine non-lignum, adde aquam, restet naan, coque paulisper flip. Adde & expande allium butyrum paratum utrinque & coque in flamma media usque ad aureum (2-3 minuta). Coriandrum ornatis recentibus & allio butyro naan cole!
