Ingredientia:

  • cubi gallinacei exos 500g
  • Lal mirch (Red chilli) oppressi 1 tsp
  • Lehsan pulveris (Allii pulveris) 1 tsp
  • Himalayan sal roseum 1 tsp vel gustare
  • Kali mirch pulveris (Piperis nigri pulveris) 1 tbs
  • Sinistri crustulum 1 tbs
  • Cornflour 2 tbs
  • Hara pyaz (ver cepa) folia concisa Cup
  • Anda (Egg) 1
  • Panis crustae 4- 5 vel postulante
  • Oleo coquendo ad sartagines

Directiones:

  1. In chopper, adde pullum & conciderunt bene.
  2. Transfer ad phialam, adde chilli rubrum contritum, allium pulverem, salem roseum, pulverem nigrum, farinam sinapis, farinam, ver cepam, ovum & misce donec bene componatur.
  3. Panis marginibus incide & in cubulos minutos incide.
  4. Humidarum manuum ope, mixturam (40g) fac & globulos magnitudinum æqualium.
  5. Nunc tunica pulli pila cum cubi pane & molliter premunt figuram.
  6. In opere, calor coquit oleum & friges in flamma media humilis usque ad aureum & CALAMISTRATUS (facit 15) .
