- olei olivae 1 tsp
- Aquae postulante

- Hari mirch (Chillies Green) 2
- Podina (folia Mint) 15-18
- Oleum virginale Extra 5-6 tbs
- Lemon sucus 1 tbs
- Mel 1 tsp
- Himalayan sal roseum ½ tsp vel gustare

- Olivae nigrae collatae ½ Calicem
- Viridis olivae comparatae ½ Cup
- Kheera (Cucumis) diced ½ Cup li>
- Mooli (Reddish) diced Cup
- Pyaz (Onion) albus diced ½ Cup
- Flavus cerasus lycopersiciSus manipulus
- Ceratus rubeus fraga manipulum substitutum : deseeded & triplicata lycopersica

Directions:
Praeparate Mini Pullum Kafta:
- In SECURIS, adde pullum, chilies virides, allium farinam gingiberi, cuminum seminibus, sal roseum, piper nigrum, coriandrum recens, oleum bene & concis. li>
- Sume mixturam (7g) manibus unctis ope & globos rotundos pares magnitudinum fac.
- In ollam steamer, aquam calefactam, pone steamer craticulam & pilas kaftas, operculum & coques vaporarium flammam humilem per 10-12 minuta.
- Frigant (facit 78-80).
- Mini pulli kafta condi possunt in vase airtight usque ad 2 menses in freezer.
