  • Bread micas 1 Cupa
  • Oleum coquendo ad sartagines

-In patera, ova craticula adiuvante grater.

-Adde farinam sinapis, capsicum, cepam, chillies virides, coriandrum recens, pulverem allium, pulveris chilli rubri, pulverem turmericanum, sal roseum, cuminum pulverem & bene misce.

-Grease manus cum oleo, accipe modicam quantitatem. mixtionis (50g) & pares magnitudinum facit annuum patties.

-Coat cum omni-proposito farina intinge ova & tunicam cum medulla panis intinge.

-In sartagine, calidum coquendi oleum & frige tenui in flamma media ab utroque latere usque ad aureum & crispy (facit 10) & serve!
