-Zeera (Cumin semina) assa & contrita 1 tsp
-Himalayan sal roseum 1 ternum
-Hara dhania (coriandri recentis) ½ Cup
-Podina (folia monetaria) 1 Cup
-Dahi (Yogurt) 1 kg
-Himalayan sal roseum 1 tsp vel gustare
- Chaat masala 1 tsp
-Coquens oleum 3-4 tbs
-Zeera (Cumin semina) 1 tsp

Directiones:

Bat mein baisan, zeera, coquens nitrum, sal roseum, oleum coctum aur thora thora ker ka pani shamil karein aur 4-5 minuta kliya ache tarhan whisk ker lein aur dhak ker 10 minuta kliya chor dein.
Mortale & pilum mein hari mirchein, lehsan, adrak, zeera, sal roseum, hara dhania aur podina dal ker ache tarhan contere ker ka crustulum bana lein. dana,sabut lal mirch aur curry pata dal ker ache tarhan misce ker lein.
