-Sugar 1 Calicem
-Aqua 1 & ½ Calicem
-Lemon succus 1 tsp
-Aqua Rosa 1 tsp
-Hari elaichi (amomum viridis) 3-4
-Rosae petala 8-10
Praeparate Shahi Pinwheel Tukray:
-Panis crustae magnae 10 vel ut requiritur
-Coctionem olei ad sartagines
Praeparate Rabri (Lac Cream):
-Doodh (lac) I Litre
-Sugar Calicem vel gustare
-Elaichi pulverem (Cardamomum pulveris) ½ tsp
-Badam (Amygdalarum) concisus 1 tbs
-Pista (Pistachios) concisus 1 tbs
-Cream 100ml (locus temperatus)
-Cornflour 1 & ½ tbs
-Doodh (Lac) 3 tbs
-Pista (Pistachios (Pistachios) ) divisa
-Rosa petala
Syrupi praepara:
-In aeno, saccharo adde, aqua, suco CITREA, aqua rosa, amomi viridis; petala rosaria & bene misce, & fac bullire & coque in flamma media 8-10 minuta & abjicienda.
Para Shahi Pinwheel Tukray:
-Trim panis oras & partem albam panis ope volvens pin vel pistorium cylindrum (utere crusta panis ad medullam panis & subsidiis postea usui).
-In una parte panis segmentum aqua ope penicillo appone & alterum panis frustum cum utraque parte junge.
-Junge 5 segmenta panis in simili exemplari in ordine deinde premunt & signa diligenter iunctis.
-Roll sursum & in 2 cm crassis pinwheel crustae.
-In sartagine, calor coquendi oleum & frige, panem pinwheels humilia flamma usque aureum & CALAMISTRATUS.
Para Rabri (Lac Creamy ):
-In opere, lac adde & fer ut coques.
-Adde saccharum, amomum pulverem, amigdalas, pistachios, micas medullas asservandas (1/4 Calicem), misce bene & coque in flamma mediae pro VI -8 minuta.
-Velle flammam, cremorem adde & misce bene.
-Turn in flammam misce bene & coque in flammam medium pro 1-2 minuta.
-In farinam, lac adde & misce bene.
-Contere autem farinam in lacte dissolutam misce bene & coques, donec crasseat & abjiciat.
-Tinge frixum panem, qui surrepo, in praeparato saccharo syrupo & sepone.
-In scutella, rabri & locum saccharo intinctum adpone pa- rabri, & infunde pa- rabri (lac cremoris).
-Porta pistachiis, petalis rosa & cole frigidum!
