2: Panis & Butyrum Pudding:

Ingredientia: -Leftover panis crustae 8 magnae -Makhan (Butter) mollis -Akhrot (Walnut) concisus postulante-Badam (Amygdalarum) ut requiritur conciderunt-Cishmish (Raisins) postulante -Jaifil (Nutmeg) 1 ternum -Cream 250ml-Anday ki zardi (ovorum ovorum) 4 magna-Bareek cheeni (Caster saccharum) V tbs-Vanilla essentia 1 tsp-aqua calida Bareek cheeni (Caster saccharo) Directiones: -Trim panis oras ope cultri.-Applica butyrum ad unam partem panis segmentis & incisis in triangula.-In coquendo, pane dispone. triangula (butyrum usque ad plagam). -Springe iuglandes, amigdalas, uvas passas, nutmegas & sepone.-In aeno adde cremor & calefac eum humilia flamma, donec fiat feruere & flammam averte. donec colorem mutet (2-3 minuta). -Tamper ovum mixtum paulatim addito cremorem calidum in eo & Whisk continue. - Nunc omnem commixtionem infunde in cremorem calidum manentem, in flammam & whisk bene.-Adde vanilla essentiam & misce bene. Macerari per X minutas.-Pone coquentem in aqua magna balneum aqua calida reple.-Coquamus in furno preheato ad 170C per 20-25 minuta (utraque grills). .-Serve frigidum!
